Cathy-Anne David is the principal and owner. Cathy-Anne is a founding member of the Bow View Homes’ team. Cathy-Anne has a wealth of management experience with several multi-nationals. Since 1997 Cathy-Anne has been engaged full time with Bow View Homes. Cathy-Anne is passionate about building better, healthier, and more comfortable homes. In her spare time, Cathy-Anne enjoys time with her horse, 3 cats and a dog and she loves to hike, bike and explore the beautiful environment just out her back door.
Rebecca David
Vice-President
Rebecca David is the newest member of the Bow View Homes team. Rebecca graduated with a finance degree from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. Rebecca brings several years experience of working with a large US multinational corporation. In her spare time, Rebecca takes advantage of all that the Bow Valley offers, including, kayaking, biking, climbing, and hiking.

Passive House Consultant
Cathy-Anne David, principal at Bow View Homes, is a Passive House Consultant certified by the International Passive House Institute in Germany. She is also a member in good standing with Passive House Canada. Passive House is a strict performance approach programme established in Germany in 1988. You either achieve the standard to pass or you fail. It is one of the most stringent energy reduction strategies available. The Passive House process models, verifies and monitors how the building actually performs after it is built.
Passive House Tradesperson
Both Rebecca and Cathy-Anne have been certified by the International Passive House Institute in Germany as Passive House Tradespeople. The certification has specializations in both Building Envelope and Building Services. It focuses on building techniques and hands on training for the building of Passive House elements as they relate to the Canadian construction industry. It is essential that during a renovation or new build building components are installed properly and the design is implemented correctly, especially during the construction of high performance buildings where mistakes can be costly.
